Terms of Service
Last updated June 12, 2026
These terms govern your access to and use of MetrikData. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.
1. The service
MetrikData is a software platform that parses bank statements and produces underwriting analytics, including MCA position detection, stacking indicators, and exportable reports. The platform surfaces numeric context to support your review; it does not make funding or credit decisions on your behalf.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your workspace. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. Workspace owners are responsible for the members they invite and the roles they assign.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload documents you are not authorized to process;
- attempt to access another organization’s data;
- reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the service or its rate limits;
- use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable financial regulations.
4. Plans, billing, and trials
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payments provider. Free trials include a limited number of analyses. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of the statements and data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Underwriting metrics and parsed figures are informational and may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. MetrikData is not a credit reporting agency and its outputs are not credit decisions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetrikData will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data for a reasonable period before it is deleted in accordance with our retention practices.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, communicated to workspace owners. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
